Supervising AML control activities carried out by the Transfer Agent Department, in particular by reviewing investors’ files and doing sample checks (all risk ratings).

● Reporting to the Finance Partner and helping to manage the portfolio of entities active in various private equity and Web 3.0 investments including accounting, NAV production, reporting and administration.
● Assisting with all elements of the fund reporting cycle from review and interpretation of fund governing documentation, through to day-to-day accounting tasks, the production of quarterly reporting and net asset values and annual financial statements.
● Providing day-to-day financial reporting for the group and fund accounting services for each fund in accordance with Lux GAAP, IFRS and supporting the year end audit
● Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, annual NAVs, management accounts and investor reports
● Managing monthly and quarterly VAT returns and if appropriate EU recapitulative statements and preparing the corporate income tax returns and calculation of tax provision
● Assisting with onboarding of investors including AML checks
● Managing the expenses, distributions and drawdowns of funds and partner capital calls and drawdowns
● Working with the Finance Partner to proactively managing the cash position of the group, the inbound and outbound cashflows and bank reconciliations

Control and review of full set of financial information of the assigned funds (NAV, investor reporting, capital statements, capital calls & distributions) and formalize those processes in relevant procedures and internal checklists;
• Contributing to all tasks relating to the lifecycle of the assigned funds by ensuring the smooth ongoing of fund operations from a financial point of view (such acquisition, disposal, capital calls, distributions, subline drawdowns and repayments) including liaison with the depositary team and the transfer agent team and other offices/departments;
• Review of KPIs materials and participation in KPIS review/oversight meetings with service providers;
• Preparation and/or review of investors and regulatory reporting (quarterly) under Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS;
• Review of VAT and tax situation and be able to act if necessary;
• Production/review of stand-alone/consolidated annual financial statements;
• Preparing and providing information for tax advisors as required, including responding to queries;
• Management of other external service providers (accountants, liquidators, auditors, tax/legal advisors, etc.)

• Preparation of the financial statements for Private Equity Funds and holding companies.
• Ensuring the financial statements are finalized and filed within the regulatory deadlines.

– Manage the administration of a portfolio of real estate holding companies registered in Luxembourg;
